What is the problem the social business is solving?
Out of 1.5 million engineers who graduate every year, only 20% have adequate skills to be employed in the IT sector, and only about 4% have the skills for core programming jobs. The balance 80% of engineers attend lower tier, government colleges and come from low income families based in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and are not adequately trained in specialized subject areas required for roles in tech companies. This segment is forced to move down the employment value-chain, and take up odd jobs.
